Joe shoes, Black $20

My shoe collection

My boyfriend and I always go to Superstore for grocery shopping, and we often browse  Joe Fresh Style section.  It's really fun, and the price is reasonable.  The other day, I bought two pairs of Joe shoes, which were only $20 each.  At first, I was thinking of getting either pink or black, but I ended up with getting both of them because they were inexpensive.  Good buy!

BAPE is opened in L.A now!

A Bathing Ape (or BAPE) is a Japanese clothing company founded by Tomoaki "Nigo" Nagao in 1993.  The company specializes in hip-hop-inspired street wear; hoodies and sneakers.  Nigo also founded the women's clothing lines "APEE", and "BAPY" which are really cute.

Nigo landed in L.A. on April 27, 08 to open his long-awaited A Bathing Ape store on Melrose Avenue. There are also stores located in Hong Kong, London, New York, and Taipei.

I am always inspired by the Japanese designers who are successful not only in Japan, but also all over the world.

LA Urban Style

Mother's Day in Winnipeg

Today we went to the Forks, to Osborne and to Provencher to find some fashionable people to photograph.

The first photo is a guy who is repping gear from LA with an urban theme.  His Ecko watch is bringing bling back into style.  (Didn't grab your name though, dude, send me an e-mail with your details.

Osborne had some stylish people chilling in front of American Apparel.  Also, there was a bizarre hanging doll that some random passerby potheads pointed out to me.

On Provencher I ran into my old buddy Abba who was  lounging at Le Garage Cafe.  Vive La petite France à Saint-Boniface.

Shops in Exchange District

Cake Clothing: They have lots of cute dresses, and it is fun to browse.

Candle & Dolls: This shop must be pretty new and it has lots of dresses.  They also have a small section of Betsey Johnson clothing.
